    Music from South America, Asia and Africa....Batala is there with our samba reggae beats and moves. This will be a small band as it's an indoor venue. Any profits will go to conservation groups, so please come along and support this event!

  • Lakeland Trails Festival, Cartmel

    Batala will be welcoming and cheering on all the Lakeland Trails runners at Cartmel racecourse in the spring. Get your running shoes out and join us there!

  • Churchtown & District Children's Whitsuntide Festival

    This is the 150th festival! Based near Garstang, Batala will be part of the procession and drumming out samba reggae beats to help with the celebrations!

  • Morecambe Sandcastle Festival

    Batala once again joins Lancaster City Council for a summer festival in Morecambe. Look out for us drumming on Morecambe Promenade throughout the day. If it's raining (surely not in June??), we'll be at the Winter Gardens or the Platform.

    We'll be part of Cockerham's village procession, and later drumming and dancing on the village field. From midday onwards.

    This weekend Batala's heading up to the north of Cumbria. We'll be greeting all the Lakeland Trails runners at the start and finish lines in Keswick.
